西北太平洋台风眼形态特征分析

摘　　要：利用Best Track资料与卫星遥感图像资料,对2001—2009年西北太平洋共计131个台风眼的形态特征进行了分类统计。结果表明,当台风强度达到峰值时,台风眼各形态的出现频率由高到低依次为圆形、开放形与多边形。在台风生命周期内,台风眼的各形态可能交替出现,并对台风强度变化具有较强的指示意义。此外还对部分类型台风眼的时空分布特征进行了讨论。In this paper,the Best Track data and satellite remote sensing data are used to study the morphological characteristics of the typhoon eye over the Northwestern Pacific.Based upon detailed examination of various types of typhoon eyes,131 eyes of typhoon occurring over the Northwestern Pacific during the period from 2001 to 2009 were classified into 3 categories.It is shown that when the typhoons reached their mature stages,the typhoon eyes exhibit the round,open and polygon shapes,respectively from the high to low frequency.During the life cycle of some typhoons,their eyes may exhibit different shapes alternatively,which suggested the change of typhoon intensity.Particularly,the concentric structure of typhoon eye was investigated.In addition,the temporal and spatial distribution of some type of typhoons was examined.
