摘 要:在转炉汽化冷却系统中,控制的核心是汽包水位的控制。对目前国内、外汽包水位控制的单冲量、双冲量、三冲量3种控制方法进行了介绍,分析了这些控制方式不能满足转炉汽包水位控制的原因:转炉生产的间隙性使转炉烟道温度变化很大,汽包内的压力变化较大,会引起虚假液位的产生。针对转炉生产的特点,提出了采用模糊控制算法实现对汽包液位的控制。将汽包的液位偏差和偏差的变化率进行模糊化计算,将模糊化计算的结果,作为汽包补水流量调节系统的输入。流量调节系统,也采用闭环控制。所阐述的理论控制算法,应用于梅钢炼钢3#转炉汽化冷却系统。该控制系统投入运行后,转炉汽化冷却系统运行状态良好,表明转炉汽化冷却控制系统中推广的可行性。In the converter vaporization cooling system,the drum water level control is the core.The current domestic and abroad drum water level control of a single impulse,double impulse,the three kinds of impulse control methods are introduced,the reasoms that the control method can not satisfy the converter drum water level control are analyzed,that is,converter intermittent production to smoke converter great changes of temperature,pressure change inside the large drum will cause false level production.According to the characters of BOF production,a fuzzy control algorithm for the level control of steam drum is proposed.The main idea is to fuzzilicate the error of level and its rate of change and then use the result as the input of flow adjust system to the steam drum,which is also a closed loop control system.The proposed control algorithm,is applied in gas cooling system of Meishan steel plant No.3 converter. After the control system is placed to the service,the gas cooling system works well.The control alsorithm is verified the feasibility of promoting in the gas cooling system of BOF.
