摘  要:热连轧是现代化钢铁企业一道重要工序,在热连轧带钢生产过程中,精轧机组设定模型是核心技术的主要部分,为了提高模型的精度,最直接的方式就是利用实验和轧制的数据,通过回归分析,直接修正模型参数。其中,一部分因设备或来料不同而不同,需要在轧制前通过使用特殊仪表进行试验,然后分析试验结果而确定。带钢厚度是带钢的重要质量指标之一,它与精轧辊缝设定的精度密切相关。辊缝的计算与粗轧带钢的出口宽度、轧辊油膜影响等因素密切相关。而宽度修正系数根据不同宽度对应的宽度补偿增益确定;而轧辊油膜影响根据不同转速时的油膜轧制力计算。描述了轧制前通过使用特殊仪表进行试验,然后通过回归分析试验结果而确定辊缝模型中的宽度补偿增益和油膜轧制力两个重要参数的方法。此方法在宝钢股份不锈钢1780热轧得到了很好的运用。Hot strip rolling is a very main phase in the modern steel industry.During rolling in hot strip mill,finishing mill setup is the main part of key technology.In order to improve the precision of model,the best method is proposed to correct parameters directly using regression analysis according to testing and rolling data.Parts of them are different when there are different equipments and raw material.And it is necessary to analyze testing results to determine them using special equipments to testing before rolling.The thickness is one of the most important target of strips,which is closely related to roll gap setup of finishing mill setup.The gap is closely relevant to exit width in Rough Mill,influence of oil film of roller and so on.The coefficient for correcting width is determined according to width compensation gain responding to different width.And the influence of oil film is determined to oil film rolling force responding to different revolving speed.The method is introduced to determine width compensation gain and oil film force which are important parameters of the roll gap model.The method is using special meters to do tests before rolling and then doing regression analysis for test data to get the results.This method has been well done in 1780 HSM of baosteel stainless steel plant.
