摘 要:研究了溶液pH值对电沉积Co-Pt-W磁性能的影响。通过VSM,SEM及XRD技术分析研究了薄膜的磁性能和微结构。M-T磁化曲线表明,在不同pH值的溶液中所制备的磁性薄膜呈现出不同的热磁行为。在高pH值(pH=8.5)的情况下,所制备的薄膜随着温度升高,磁矩在降低;相反,在pH值为5.0的条件下,其磁矩则随着温度的升高先减小后增加,磁矩的降低对应于晶相的居里温度。VSM的测试表明,薄膜的矫顽力在很大程度上与溶液的pH值相关。同时,根据XRD的测试可知,磁性能的变化同样伴随着薄膜中相的转变。Effect of bath pH on the magnetic properties of electrodeposited Co-Pt-W thin films was investigated. The magnetic properties and microstructure were characterized by means of VSM, SEM and XRD, respectively. M-T curves reveal that samples prepared from different pH solutions exhibited different thermomagnetic behaviors. Magnetization of the Co-Pt-W thin films from high pH solutions (pH=8.5) decreased with temperature increasing. In contrast, for the Co-Pt-W thin films prepared from the solution with pH=5.0, and a subsequent increase in magnetization was detected with temperature increasing. Finally, there was another decrease in magnetization corresponding to the Curie temperature of the crystallization phase. Magnetic coercivities were also obtained by VSM analysis. It was found that coercivities of electrodeposited thin films depended on the bath pH to a large extent. The variations of magnetic properties correlate with phase transition from amorphous to crystal structures according to XRD measurement.
