摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在浮法玻璃表面涂TiO2膜,制备自洁净玻璃样品,测定其光催化降解率和润湿角。将样品放入风化箱内在75℃、90%RH中进行不同时间风化,用数字显微镜测定其风化程度。结果表明:随风化时间的延长,风化产物的尺寸加大,形状也有所改变。红外光谱表明,风化后红外反射率降低,桥氧键的反射峰减少,非桥氧键的反射峰增加。与浮法玻璃原片对比,自洁净玻璃的风化程度降低。The TiO2 film was coated on the float glass surface by sol-gel method to fabricate self-clean glass. The specimens of self-clean glasses were weathered at 75 oC+90%RH for variation time. The weathering products of specimens were measured by digital microscope. The sizes of weathering products are increased with increasing of weathering time. By measuring FTIR of specimens, it is found that the peak of non-bridging bond is enhanced and the peak of bridging bond is reduced after weathering. By comparison, the weatherability of the float glass is lower than that of the self-clean glass.
