摘 要:研究了聚硅氧烷的苯基侧基含量及有机基团与Si原子的摩尔比(即R/Si)对其阻燃性能的影响,考察和分析了聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚硅氧烷阻燃体系的燃烧行为和炭层形貌。结果表明,苯基含量对聚硅氧烷的阻燃性能影响较大,苯基质量分数75%时聚硅氧烷阻燃性能最好,支链聚硅氧烷的阻燃性能优于线形聚硅氧烷。与PC相比,PC/聚硅氧烷在燃烧时能形成较为均匀、致密,质地坚硬的炭层,正是由于这一含硅炭层起到了良好绝缘保护层的作用,从而有效地提高了PC的阻燃性能。The influence of phenyl side groups and the ratio of organic groups to silicon atoms (R/Si) on the flame retardancy of the polysiloxanes was investigated. The burning behavior of PC/polysiloxane and the structure of the combustion char were analyzed. The results show that phenyl content has much influence on the flame retardancy of the polysiloxane. The flame retardancy of polysiloxane with 75% phenyl is the best. The branched polysiloxane has higher flame retardancy than the linear one. Comparing the combustion behaviors of the PC and the PC/polysiloxane blend, it is found that the char of the PC/polysiloxane blend formed during the combustion was more compact and uniform. The char acts as a good insulating barrier, which reduces radiant heat of the flame and suppresses the thermal degradation of the polymers; therefore the flame retardancy of PC/polysioxane increases.
