摘  要:利用溶胶凝胶-水热法以及浸渍法制备了Fe及Co掺杂的SBA-15介孔纳米磁性材料,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)及振动样品磁强计(VSM)对制备的各种纳米磁性材料进行结构以及性能的测试、表征。实验结果显示掺杂的Fe以Fe2O3纳米颗粒存在于介孔分子筛的孔壁内,而掺杂的Co则以Co3O4纳米颗粒的形式存在于SBA-15介孔材料的孔道中,进而得到了具有复合结构的Co3O4/Fe2O3-SBA-15纳米磁性材料。进一步研究发现掺杂后的SBA-15介孔材料呈现铁磁性,而且随着Co3O4及Fe2O3纳米磁性材料含量的增加,依靠纳米磁性材料之间的交换耦合作用,SBA-15介孔材料的磁性能逐渐增强。Co-doped Fe2O3-SBA-15 mesoporous magnetic nanomaterials were synthesized by sol-gel/hydro-thermal method and immergence method, and then X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) were introduced to characterize and test the microstructure and the magnetic properties of the as-prepared SBA-15 samples. The results show that Fe in the form of Fe2O3 nanoparticles existed in the frame and Co in the form of Co3O4 nanoparticles presented in the mesopores of SBA-15 mesoporous molecule sieves. Thereby, a new nanocomposite Co3O4/Fe2O3-SBA-15 magnetic material was obtained. The magnetic results indicate the as-prepared SBA-15 mesoporous materials presented ferromagnetism, and the magnetic properties increased with the doped content of Fe2O3 and Co3O4 nanoparticles, because the exchange coupling interaction between magnetic nanoparticles enhanced the magnetic properties.
