摘  要:以正硅酸乙酯、硝酸盐等为原料,用溶胶发泡法制备出硅酸盐长余辉超细发光粉,用X射线衍射和荧光光谱等手段对其进行了分析和表征。结果表明:在pH=1~3,加水量R≥4,发泡剂的用量VF/VTEOS+H2O=0.5,室温以上条件下可形成均匀的发泡溶胶和凝胶。凝胶前驱体在1130℃反应3h制备出以纯相Sr2MgSi2O7为基质的长余辉发光材料Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+,Dy3+,其产物疏松,颗粒小,易于研磨获得超细粉。它的激发光谱在260~450nm之间存在一个强度较高的激发带,紫外和可见光均可使其激发发光,其发射峰位于467nm,发出的余辉为蓝色,余辉时间10h左右。铕的掺入量为0.01mol的样品的发光性能良好。Long afterglow luminescent silicate superfine powder was prepared by foamed sol method using tetraethylorthosilicate and nitrate as the raw materials. The preparing conditions of the precursor were determined. The powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction and fluorescence analysis. The results show that the homogeneous foamed sol and gel can be prepared under the condition of pH=1-3,R≥4,T≥20 oC, VF/VTEOS+H2O=0.5. The foamed gel prepared under the condition of R=12, pH=2 and T=60 oC is sintered to form afterglow luminescent materials Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+, Dy3+ at 1130 oC for 3 h. It is easy to grind the materials into superfine powder. The materials has photoluminescence and long afterglow luminescent behavior and give out blue long afterglow luminance whose luminescent persistence time 1ast 10 h or so.There is higher intensity excitation band at 260-450 nm on its excitation spectrum and the emission peak on its emission spectrum is at 467 nm.The luminescence properties of the sample whose mixing quantity of Eu is 0.01 mol is better.
