摘　　要：起源于哲学的本体论在各个科学领域受到了广泛关注,其重要性已在许多方面表现出来,如知识的表示、管理、共享和复用等,尤其是自然语言处理、Web信息检索、数据库和知识库的管理、信息检索和抽取、语义Web等研究领域。本文综述了本体的定义、建模原语、描述语言等理论研究,并用一种特殊的六元表示法对大学教学管理本体模型进行了表达。Importance of ontology is being recognized in a various research and application areas,including knowledge representation,management,sharing and reused,especially in the areas of natural language applications,Web information index,database and repository management,information retrieval and extraction,digital library and Web semantics,etc.The paper summarized the definition,modeling primitives,presentation language of ontology and so on,then described the simple University ontology with a special kind of presentations.
