摘 要:以热喷涂铝基/ZrO2涂层和钢基/ZrO2涂层为样品,利用落水淬火实验研究了ZrO2涂层的抗热震性,结果表明:500℃淬冷后,无论是钢基/ZrO2涂层还是铝基/ZrO2涂层,其涂层表面几乎没有较大变化;800℃淬冷钢基/ZrO2涂层后,断面上钢基生成的氧化物膜在水急冷热震下出现脱落,但是涂层和基体还是结合得很完好,ZrO2涂层表面整体无大的变化,只出现了微小的裂纹,说明ZrO2涂层抗水急冷热震性良好。以热喷涂钢基/ZrO2涂层为样品,利用汽油增氧局部加热法研究了ZrO2涂层的抗烧蚀性,相同的喷火时间和喷火温度条件下的实验表明钢基/ZrO2涂层有明显的抗烧蚀性;不同喷火时间和喷火温度条件下的实验表明钢基/ZrO2涂层表面可以抵抗的烧蚀条件为:喷火时间小于8s和喷火温度小于1450℃。Steel substrate/ZrO2 coating and aluminum substrate/ZrO2 coating prepared by thermal spraying technique were used to perform the water quenching experiments so as to investigate the thermal shock resistance of ZrO2 coating. For ZrO2 coating on steel substrate or aluminum substrate, there was not any apparent change on the coating surface after water quenching from 500℃; For ZrO2 coating on steel substrate, oxidation film which was the reaction product on the steel substrate of substrate-coating cross section was spalled but the coating and the steel substrate still bonded very well and there was not any obvious change on the coating surface except a small mount of micro-cracks after water quenching from 800℃, indicating that ZrO2 coating has excellent water quenching thermal shock resistance. Steel substrate/ZrO2 coating prepared by thermal spraying technique was used to understand the ablation resistance of ZrO2 coating based on the local heating method under petrol and oxygen atmospheres. It is demonstrated that ZrO2 coating on steel substrate exhibits apparent ablation resistance according to the experiments under the same fire-jet time and fire-jet temperature. And the ablation conditions of ZrO2 coating surface on steel substrate can resist are less than 8s for fire-jet time and less than 1450℃ for fire-jet temperature based on the experiments under the different fire-jet times and fire-jet temperatures.
