摘　　要：城市水工业是一个传统的基础企业,自动化控制系统发展太慢,跟不上我国其他行业。21世纪是数字化、信息化和网络化时代。随着IT技术、高端的计算机技术、虚拟技术、嵌入式技术以及各种高端的先进控制技术的迅猛发展,只有创建最现代化最科学的自动化控制技术,才能建造经济持续发展的新型水企业。City water industry is a traditional business.Its automatic control system develops slowly and can not follow the pace of the other industry.21st century is a digitalized,informational and network connected century.With the great leap of the hi-class computer technology,virtual technology embedded technology and all kinds of advanced control techniques,to establish the most modernized and scientific automation control technology can help to construct a new water enterprises with a continuous economic benefit.
