摘　　要：介绍现场总线模块的原理及FC200现场总线模块产品的特点,结合转炉工艺特点配置系统硬件及参数设置;根据转炉工艺要求介绍编程要点。FC200现场总线模块是成熟的产品,经现场应用结果表明它能出色应用在冶金等行业,相比传统集中式系统节约大量有色金属,减少自动化系统的整体投资,提高可靠性,方便维护。This paper has introduced the principles of fieldbus module and features of FC200 products.The system hardware and parameters are configured combining with the technology features of the converter.The point of programming is presented in accordance with the requirements of converter technology.The field application has proved that FC200 field module is mature products and can be applied brilliantly in metallurgy field.In contrast to the DCS system,the application of the FC200 field-bus module can save vast amount of copper containing metal and the overall investment of automatic system are cut down.Moreover,the reliability has been promoted for convenient maintenance.
