摘　　要：目的观察消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法将88例腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均采用常规综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用消旋卡多曲颗粒口服,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为80.0%和55.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿腹泻可较快缓解病情,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of Racecadotril in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods 88 infants with diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group was treated with conventional colligate therapy. Besides, the treatment group received additional Racecadotril in order to compare the effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate was 80.0%and 55.8% in treatment group and control group respectively. There was significant difference between them (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, adding Racecadotril to treat infantile diarrhea can relatively quickly stave off illness. It is worthy to recommend its clinical use.
