摘 要:目的探讨苯那普利对高血压患者血清Ⅲ型Ⅳ型前胶原浓度变化的影响。方法收集高血压左室肥厚患者53例作为治疗组,健康者24例作为对照组。治疗组患者给予口服苯那普利治疗,对照组不给予任何药物。观察治疗组治疗前血清Ⅲ型Ⅳ型前胶原浓度变化,并与对照组进行比对。观察治疗组治疗前后LVDd,IVST,LVPW和LVMI的改变。结果治疗组治疗前血清PⅢP,PⅣP水平显著高于治疗后和对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗后LVDd,IVST,LVPW和LVMI均显著小于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论苯那普利可减少PⅢP,PⅣP的血清水平,以减少心肌间质水肿,苯那普利可逆转左室腔扩张,左心室肥厚。Objective To approach the influence of benazepril on the concentration changes of serum type Ⅲ and type Ⅳ precollagen in the hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods 53 hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were selected as treatment group,24 healthy people were selected as control group. Treatment group received benazepril treatment,control group received no drug. The level of serum PⅢP,PⅣP of two groups,LVDd,IVST,LVPW and LVMI of treatment group were observed. Results The level of serumPⅢP,PⅣof treatment group before treatment were significantly higher than after treatmeat and control group(P<0.05) ,LVDd,IVST,LVPW and LVMI of treatment group after treatment were significantly less than before treatmeat(P<0.05) . Conclusion:Benazepril can reduce the level of serum PⅢP,PⅣP,to reduce myocardial edema,and can reverse left ventricular cavity expansion,left ventricular hypertrophy.
