摘 要:采用阳极溶出伏安法,对胶州湾12个站位的表层海水样品的表观Cu络合容量(ACuCC)和络合条件稳定常数(K)进行了测定和计算。结果表明:胶州湾表层海水的表观Cu络合容量的变化范围为327.3~587.2nmol/L,平均值为436.0nmol/L;条件稳定常数对数值的变化范围为7.45~8.34,平均值为7.73,平均值为95.05%。胶州湾表层海水ACuCC呈现东北及西北部高,湾中部及湾口低的特点。胶州湾表层海水Cu络合能力可能是以相对较强的配位体所控制。The apparent copper complexation capacity (ACuCC), and conditional stability constant (K) in 12 seawater samples collected in Jiaozhou Bay were detected by an anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). The ACuCC values in the area were between 327.3 nmol/L and 587.2 nmol/L,the mean value is 436.0 nmoL/L. The lgK values were between 7.45 and 8.34, with a mean of 7.73. ACuCC is higher near the northeast and northwest shore while lower in the middle of Jiaozhou Bay. logK is just the reverse. The ACuCC in the surface seawater of Jiaozhou Bay could be controlled by the stronger ligands.
