摘 要:目的探索结构方程模型在健康素养分析中的应用,为建立符合理论和实际的健康素养评价体系提供依据。方法采用武汉市居民健康素养调查数据,构建结构方程模型,评估在健康素养分析中应用价值。结果结构方程模型拟合良好,测量模型诠释了潜在变量与测量变量之间的关系,结构模型反映了潜在变量间的关系,模型选择的测量变量是健康素养的核心组成部分,潜在变量能较好反映健康素养状况。结论结构方程模型应用于健康素养分析具有较强的探索性、实用性和指导性。Objectives To explore the application of Structural Equation Modeling in the analysis of health literacy,and provide reference for the construction of appropriate evaluation indexes of health literacy.Methods The survey data of evaluation indexes of health literacy of Wuhan residents was used to make the structural equation modeling to assess the value of that model in the analysis of health literacy.Results The structural equation modeling has good reliability,it interprets the linkage between the potential variable and metrical variable.The relationships between potential variables are reflected by the structural equation modeling,the health literacy is mainly interpreted by the metrical variables,so the potential variables can indicate the health literacy effectively.Conclusions The structural equation modeling has good prospect in the analysis of health literacy.
