摘　　要：目的了解医院医务人员对医院知识管理的认知状况,为实施医院知识管理提供依据。方法自行设计医院知识管理调查问卷,对全国19个省市自治区36个地区68所医院的411名医院工作人员进行医院知识管理认知调查。结果医院医务人员对医院知识管理总体认知水平普遍低下;不同等级人员内部之间部分认知存在差异;不同性别、年龄、学历、职称、专业人员内部之间部分认知存在差异;但对医院开展知识管理均有较强意愿。结论医院医务人员知识管理认知水平普遍低下,医院管理者应更新观念,加强知识管理理论的学习,加强员工知识管理认知教育,以促进医院知识管理的深入开展。Objectives Find out the cognitive state of the hospital staffs about the knowledge management,in order to provide a basis for the implementation of the knowledge management in hospitals. Methods Design the questionnaire about the hospital knowledge management.Choose 411 hospital staffs from different grade hospitals nationwide to do HKM cognitive survey with the questionnaire. Results The overall cognitive level of hospital staffs about the hospital knowledge management is low.The cognitive levels of staffs from different grades hospitals are different.It also has differences between employees of different gender,different age,different education background,different professional title and specialized field.But,all of them have a strong will to carry out knowledge management across hospitals. Conclusions The cognitive state of knowledge management of the hospital staffs is at a low level.The hospital managers should renew their viewpoint on knowledge management,and should take much more efforts to study the theory of knowledge management,enhance knowledge management education for staffs,in order to promote the progress of the hospital knowledge management.
