低档场所女性性工作者艾滋病/生殖道感染情况和相关行为调查

摘　　要：目的了解低档场所女性性工作者(FSWs)的艾滋病/生殖道感染状况和相关行为,评估该人群的健康需求。方法对随州市某社区低档场所从事商业性性交易的FSWs进行匿名问卷调查和艾滋病/生殖道感染性疾病的检测。结果 FSWs年龄平均(25.6±6.7)岁;最近1个月71.3%的人每次接客时都使用安全套;最近半年仅11.4%的FSWs因为生殖道感染就诊,远低于本次调查该类疾病的检出率(33.8%);年龄大于35岁、小学文化程度、已婚者有更高的检出率。结论该人群虽具有一定的保护意识,但缺少自我保护的知识和技能,应进一步对其加强艾滋病/生殖道感染相关知识和技能的宣教,并指导其获得正规、低价的性病、妇科诊疗服务。Objectives To understand the prevalence of AIDS /infectious diseases of genital tract and related behavior of female sex workers(FSWs) in low-grade areas and evaluate their health needs. Methods The FSWs were investigated with anonymous questionnaires,then the HIV antibody and genital tract infections were tested. Results The average age of FSWs was 25.6;71.3% used a condom every time in the last month;11.4% had health-seeking behavior because of the genital tract infections in the past six months,which was much lower than the detection rate of 33.8%.Above 35 years old,primary school education level and married FSWs have a higher detection rate. Conclusions The FSWs have a certain sense of self-protection,but lack of knowledge and skills to protect themselves in sexual intrigues.The knowledge of AIDS/ infectious diseases of genital tract and convenient STD and gynecological outpatient medical services should be provided.
