摘　　要：从当前江西省农村药品"两网"建设存在的主要问题及其成因方面进行分析,从运行机制、政策支持、经费保障、法律法规等层面提出了解决问题的办法和措施。The main problems in drug's supervising and supplying nets and their origins are analyzed in this paper.The means and measures are put forward to solve the problems existing in the functional mechanism,the policy and financial support and regulations.
