摘　　要：目的了解住院患者医院感染现状及其影响因素,制定预防控制医院感染的措施。方法对2009年某三甲医院19 909例住院患者进行了综合性调查和监测。结果有177例患者发生医院感染,感染率为0.93%,ICU、血液科为医院感染控制的重点科室。结论该医院住院患者医院感染发生率比较低,所发生的医院感染中,以ICU和血液科患者为医院感染的危险人群。Objectives To understand the status of infection of hospitalized patients and its influencing factors,and develop measures of hospital infection prevention and control. Methods Hospitalized patients in 2009 were 19 909 cases of hospital conducted a comprehensive survey and monitoring. Results 177 patients got hospital infection and the rate was 0.93%.ICU and department of hematology are the focus of the hospital infection control. Conclusions The incidence of hospital infection is relatively low,the patients in ICU and department of hematology are risk populations of hospital infection.
