摘　　要：我国新一轮医改的重要目标是解决老百姓"看病难、看病贵"问题,这是一个复杂和长期的过程。通过阐述我国"看病难、看病贵"问题的现状和产生背景,分析其成因并提出相应对策。建议坚持政府主导,加大投入和监管;建立覆盖城乡居民的基本医疗卫生保健体系;加强体制机制建设,强调公益性,健全社会医疗保障体系;推进公立医院改革,优化效能,促进公平。The goal of new health reform is to solve the poor accessibility and affordability of health care services,which is a hard and long-term process.The status and background of poor accessibility and affordability of health care services was described to analyze the cause and propose of the measures.It suggests that insist on government-led,and increase investment and supervision.Establish the basic medical and healthcare system for urban and rural residents.Strengthen institutional mechanisms and perfect the social medical insurance system.Advance the reform of public hospitals to optimize performance and promote equity.
