江苏省城镇老年居民基本医疗保险的现状与问题分析

摘　　要：总结了当前江苏省城镇老年居民基本医疗保险的实施现状及其中问题,提出了相关解决对策,其中尤其要增强社区卫生服务在完善城镇老年居民基本医疗保险中的作用,从而改善老年居民就医情况,使其能够"老有所医"。Based on current situation and existing problems about the basic medical insurance of the urban elder residents in Jiangsu province,this paper analyzed the reasons behind the phenomenon.Also,the paper put forward some relevant solutions,especially that we should enhance the effect of the community health service,so as to improve the elder residents' medical condition,and make them have high quality health services.
