2009年武汉市居民社区卫生服务知晓率、利用率、满意率调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解武汉市居民对本市社区卫生服务的知晓、利用及满意情况。方法采用随机抽样方法,从武汉市所有社区卫生服务中心(114个机构)已建居民家庭健康档案中随意抽取所辖居民的档案,拨打所登记号码进行电话调查,直至每个中心有20位居民对中心知晓情况进行了回答。结果共调查3 806人,应答率59.2%。对社区卫生服务机构的知晓率为76.5%,利用率为49.3%,不同性别间知晓率和利用率均无统计学差异,不同年龄组有统计学差异,30岁年龄组的知晓率与利用率最高。对社区卫生服务机构就医环境、服务态度、服务质量满意率分别为96.9%,97.4%,95.7%,不同性别间均无统计学差异;不同年龄组的服务态度和服务质量满意率均有统计学差异。结论武汉市居民对社区卫生服务的知晓率与满意率尚可,利用率需进一步增加。政府相关部门应继续加强社区卫生服务机构软件建设,并重点加强中、青年人的健康教育宣传工作,以树立积极正确的疾病预防观念。Objectives To know the rate of awareness,utility and satisfaction to community health service among residents in Wuhan City.Methods The respondents selected by accidental sampling method from all of community health service centers' electronic health management system(114 centers) in Wuhan City were investigated through telephone by using a set of standardized questionnaire.Results The acceptance rate of telephone investigation was 59.2%.The awareness rate was 76.5% and utility rate was 49.3%,of which the highest was in 30-year-old group.There were statistic differences among different age groups in awareness rate and utility rate.The satisfactions to environment,attitude and quality were 96.9%,97.4%,95.7% respectively,and there were statistic differences among different age groups in satisfaction to environment and attitude.Conclusions Generally,the awareness and satisfaction rate are quite high,the utility rate should be improved.The government should make further efforts to improve the software developing in community health service and enhance the health education to establish youth's correct and positive sense of disease prevention and control.
