南方某基层部队官兵健康状况及医疗服务利用分析

摘　　要：目的调查华东沿海地区某基层部队官兵的健康状况,研究官兵卫生服务利用的基本情况。方法采用分层整群抽样法,对2 590名基层部队官兵进行问卷调查,对调查数据进行统计分析。结果官兵的两周患病率为29.05%,高于全国人群平均水平;慢性病患病率为10.43%,低于全国人群平均水平。两周患病以呼吸系统疾病为主;慢性病以肌肉骨骼系统疾病为主。官兵患病就诊率、未就诊率高于全国人群平均水平;住院率低于全国人群平均水平。结论基层部队官兵卫生服务需求高于全国人群;基层部队要加大卫生服务保障力度,满足官兵的卫生服务需求。Objectives To analyze the health status of the military members in coastal areas of southern china,and investigate the basic condition of soldiers' medical needs and the health service utilization.Methods Results Conclusions.Methods The questionnaire investigation was used to interview with 2 590 military members with stratum sampling,and SPSS16.0 was applied for data analysis.Results The two week illness prevalence of officers and soldiers was 29.05%,which was higher than the national average,and the rate of chronic diseases prevalence was 10.43%,lower than the national average.During the two weeks subjects,the major disease was the respiratory diseases;and the major chronic disease was musculoskeletal diseases.The visit rate and non-visit rate of military members were higher than the national average,however,the hospitalization rate was lower the national average.Conclusions The military members have higher health services demands.It is necessary to improve the care level in basic military to meet the requirement of the military members.
