摘　　要：随着我国生命科学技术的进步,如何利用更宽泛的伦理视角来填补人类道德无法顾及的边界已经成为无法回避的问题;同时,生命伦理法律化过程中存在的一些缺陷也制约了我国生命科学的发展,而通过生命伦理立法的形式,将会是促进我国生命科学合理有序发展的有效途径。With the progress of our country's life sciences and technology,it is unavoidable to think that how to use the broader ethics angle of view to fill the boundary human morals being unable to take into account.At the same time,some flaws existing in the life ethics legalization process have also restricted the development of life sciences,but the form of the life ethics legislation's will be the efficient approach to promote the development of life sciences in our country.
