摘　　要：目的了解有固定性伴女性性工作者心理健康及固定性伴知情状况。方法采用自编知情调查问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对183名有固定性伴女性性工作者进行调查,其心理健康水平与中国常模及有固定性伴的打工女性比较。结果 74.32%的固定性伴不知情女性性伴从事性服务工作,知情者中大多数持反对态度.有固定性伴女性性工作者心理障碍检出率为57.92%,SCL-90各因子分高于中国常模,SCL-90总分、各因子分(除人际敏感因子外)、心理障碍检出率与有固定性伴的打工女性无显著性差异。结论绝大多数有固定性伴女性性工作者对固定性伴隐瞒性服务工作,心理健康水平低于普通人群,与有固定性伴的打工女性相当。Objectives To understand mental health of female sex workers with regular sexual partners and informed condition of regular sexual partners.Methods 183 female sex workers with regular sexual partners were investigated by self-informed questionnaire and Symptom Checklist(SCL-90),mental health status were compared with the norm in China and on-employment women with regular sexual partners.Results 74.32% of regular sexual partners did not know that their female sexual partners are sex workers,and most of them opposed the sexual services of their female partners after knowing.Incidence rate of Psychological barriers of female sex workers with regular sexual partners was 57.92%,all factor scores of SCL-90 was higher than the norm in China,There were no significant difference on the total score and all factor scores of SCL-90(except interpersonal sensitivity factor external)、incidence rate of psychological barriers between female sex workers with regular sexual partners and on-employment women with regular sexual partners.Conclusions Most of female sex workers with regular sexual partners concealed sexual services,the mental health status is lower than the common people,but it is the same as on-employment women with regular sexual partners.
