外用加味黄连解毒汤透皮吸收剂联合罗红霉素治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察外用加味黄连解毒汤透皮吸收剂联合罗红霉素治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法以黄连解毒汤加味透皮吸收剂外用(2次/d)联合罗红霉素口服(150mg,2次/d)作为治疗组,单纯罗红霉素口服作为对照组,比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组有效率为78.33%,对照组为57.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外用加味黄连解毒汤透皮吸收剂联合罗红霉素治疗寻常性痤疮的效果良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of combination therapy with Huanglian jiedu decoction and its additives with cutaneous permeable agent and roxithromycin on treating patients with acne.Methods Using Huanglian jiedu decoction(2 time per day)and its additives with cutaneous permeable agent and roxithromycin as therapeutic group,and simply use roxithromycin(150 mg,2 times per day)as control group.Results The overall treating courses of therapeutic group was 78.33%,and it was 57.50% in control group.There was significant difference of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Huanglian jiedu decoction and its additives with cutaneous permeable agent and roxithromycin is effective for treat ance.
