治疣汤联合电离子及干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价单纯电离子治疗、电离子联合干扰素局部注射治疗、电离子联合干扰素局部注射及口服中药治疣汤治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及复发情况。方法将160例入选患者随机分成三组,对照1组予电离子治疗,对照2组予电离子联合局部注射干扰素(100万U)治疗,治疗组予电离子联合局部注射干扰素,并口服中药治疣汤治疗。三组患者疗程均为1个月,并随访3个月,评价三组患者的疗效。结果对照1组、对照2组和治疗组患者的治愈率分别为47.92%,69.39%和92.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);复发率分别为52.08%,30.16%和7.84%,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药治疣汤联合电离子及干扰素局部注射治疗尖锐湿疣可明显提高患者的治愈率,降低复发率,并且安全性较好。Objective To evaluate the treatment of simple electric ions,electrical ions in combiontion with local injection of interferon,electrical Ions in combination with local injection of interferon and oral TCD(tranditional Chinese Medicine),treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA)and recurrence.Methods One handred and sixty patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,control group 1 for the ionizing treatment,control group 2 to the ions combined with local injection of interferon therapy,in the treatment group to the ions combined with local injection of interferon therapy,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of oral warts soup treatment.Three groups patients were all treated for 1 month,3 months follow-up to evaluate the efficacy.Results In control group 1,control group 2 and treatment group patients the cure rates were 47.92%,69.39%,92.16%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Recurrence rates were 52.08%,30.16%,7.84%.The difference was also statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Electrical Ions in Combination with interferon local interferon and oral TCD(tranditional Chinese Medicine)treat condyloma acuminatum(CA) can significantly improve the cure rate,reducing recurrence.
