论排球运动员战术意识的培养

摘　　要：运动员应具备适应现代排球的战术意识,它是运动员在比赛中技、战术水平有效发挥的前提条件,也是运动员技术水平提高的根本保证。文章通过查阅大量的文献资料,在分析研究排球战术的含义、作用等问题的同时,提出战术意识培养的方法与途径。Players should have awareness of modern volleyball tactic,which is the major premise for showing their level of skill and technique,and also the assurance of players improving their level.Through study literature,the paper analyzes the meaning and functions of volleyball tactics and then offers some ways to develop tactic awareness of players.
