民族民间传统体育人才培养现状与培养途径研究

摘　　要：文章主要应用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,结合民族民间传统体育几年的实践工作,对民族民间体育人才的培养现状与培养途径进行了分析和探讨。得出以下结论:民族民间传统体育由于没有形成科学的发展体系,人才培养不能满足社会对民族民间传统体育人才的需要,民族民间体育的推广与发展也急需专业人才的成长;人才需求主要体现在学校体育改革、民族民间传统体育的推广与市场开发和全民健身对民族民间传统体育人才的需求;民族民间体育人才培养要充分发挥高等院校专业人才培养的作用,同时,青少年队伍的建设也是民族民间体育可持续发展的重要条件之一。This paper with the methods of literature and logical analysis,analyzes the traditional folk sports talents situations and develop pathways,and reaches the following conclusions: traditional folk sports lack scientific development system;talents training can not meet requirement of society;folk sports promotion and development professionals need talents;talents demand is mainly reflected in school physical education reform,the promotion of traditional folk sports and market development,fitness of traditional folk sports talents in demand;national folk sports training needs colleges and universities to fully play their role in professional personnel training,while the youth team building is another important condition for the sustainable development on traditional folk sports.
