体育运动中闭合性软组织损伤的中药软膏剂初步研究——红花中红花黄色素的提取及软膏剂成型的实验研究

摘　　要：研究目的:筛选红花中红花黄色素的提取工艺及对成型工艺的初步研究。研究方法:以冷浸、温浸、渗漉、超声为主要提取方法,采用酸性染料比色法测定指标成分含量及浸膏率为指标比较提取方法的优劣;以临床用药需求、涂抹感及软膏剂的稳定性为指标,选择合适的软膏基质。结果:本实验得到红花的最佳提取工艺为:红花:以12倍量水70℃水浴20min,过滤,滤渣加10倍量水70℃水浴20min。软膏基质确定为O/W型基质。结论:通过系统的实验研究,确定了红花中红花黄色素的提取工艺并有了初步的成型工艺,为治疗体育运动中常见的闭合性软组织损伤软膏剂的进一步研究提供了物质基础。With the methods of extracting Soaking Ultrasonic,using Acid dye method determine the content of the active ingredients,acid dye to determine the total alkali content and the drug power content.Safflower yellow clinical need and smear feeling based material fusion with drug for the indicators choose based material.Results:The optimum extracting condition was:SY was by 12 times of water soaking for30 min,then decocting for 20min and 2 times by dynamic extracting under 70 ℃;ointment based material is O/W.Conclusions:the study is determined extraction forming process of Safflower yellow by system experimental study for production of traditional medicinal ointments for closed soft tissue injuries further research,offer the research of material basis.
