摘　　要：文章通过搜集大量与本课题有关的文献资料,访谈相关CUBA篮球裁判员夏令营的培训考官及负责人,并结合自身实践性参与和相关数据的搜集,对CUBA篮球裁判员夏令营培养模式进行分析研究,得出结论:CUBA篮球裁判员"分班制"培养模式的建立,对CUBA文化的发展与规模的壮大、高校篮球裁判员的培养和我国篮球裁判员后备人才贮备提供了可靠条件。This article by collected large and this topics about of literature information,interview related CUBA basketball referees summer camp of training examiner and the heads,and combination itself practice to participate in and related data of collected,on its research object for summary,and analysis,and reasoning,came CUBA basketball referees 'min class system' training mode of established,and on CUBA culture of development and scale of grow,University basketball referees of training and in China basketball referees reserve talent reserve provides has reliable conditions.
