摘　　要：针对未来以深井开采矿山设计为主的变化,对矿山设计公司进行SWOT分析,结果表明:该设计公司面临深井矿山设计机会多,但自身内部深井技术条件缺乏,要采取扭转性战略改变公司内部的不利因素。对此,提出了浅略的实现矿山设计公司可持续发展战略的对策建议。In consideration of the change that deep mining design will become the main work of the mine design company in future, the author makes SWOT analysis on the mine design company and it shows that the company will face lots of opportunities in deep mining engineering, but the company is poor in deep mining technical conditions, so measures should be taken to change the disadvantage factors of the company. In the paper the author also gives some suggestions for the sustainable development of the mine design company.
