膜技术在韶关冶炼厂废水处理系统中的应用

摘　　要：经过科学论证,韶关冶炼厂成功将膜技术应用到铅锌冶炼废水处理领域,工业水利用率由87%提高到96.3%,大幅削减了外排水量。本文重点对膜系统工程规模、工艺控制、设备设施、运行维护进行了介绍。The membrane technology is successfully applied to wastewater treatment system of Shaoguan Smelting Plant by scientific verification ,the ratio of recycled industrial water is increased from 87% to 96.3% and water discharge to outside is reduced greatly. The paper introduces in detail the scale, process control, equipment, facilities, operation and maintenance of the membrane system project.
