摘  要:采用顶空气相色谱法测定溶液吸收甲烷的含量,研究了Span80溶液在雾化状态下对甲烷的吸收作用及碱性盐NaHCO3、NaClO和CH3COONa对Span80溶液吸收作用的影响。并在爆炸罐中模拟瓦斯爆炸试验,以爆炸后剩余甲烷浓度和最高爆炸压力作为抑爆参数,对Span80与盐复配溶液的抑爆效果进行初步研究。结果表明Span80溶液及其与盐复配溶液对甲烷的吸收效果比纯水好,盐的加入可以增加Span80在水中的分散状态同时促进对甲烷的吸收;另外在点燃甲烷和空气混合物前,喷入一定量雾化Span80复合吸收液或纯水雾可使爆炸后剩余甲烷浓度增加、最高爆炸压力降低,且复合吸收液对抑爆参数的影响大于纯水雾,说明Span80复合吸收液对甲烷与空气混合物爆炸的抑制作用优于纯水雾。The absorption of methane by atomization Span 80 solution and the influence of adding alkaline salts in the solution (NaHCO3, NaCIO or CH3COONa) on the absorption were studied by using the head space. gas chromatography to determine the content of methane in the solution after absorption. Meanwhile, the explosion suppression effects of different mixed solutions of Span 80 and alkaline salts were studied preliminary in an explosion chamber which can simulate the mine gas explosion. The residual methane content after explosion and the maximum explosion pressure were taken as the parameters to characterize the explosion suppression effect. The results indicate that the Span 80 and its mixtures with alkaline salts can absorb more methane than water, and the addition of alkaline salt can improve the dispersion of Span 80 in the water, thus promoting the absorption of methane. Moreover, spraying some atomized mixed solution of Span 80 and alkaline salt or some pure water into the methane-air mixture before ignition can increase the residual methane concentration and decrease the maximum explosion pressure. In addition, the mixed absorption solutions have greater influence on explosion parameters than water, which demonstrates that the mixed absorption solutions have better suppression effect on methane-air mixture explosion than pure water.
