摘　　要：城市化进程中农民工贡献与权益具有不对称性,观念、制度、体制、执法、素质等方面因素是农民工权益受损的成因,新时期农民工权益保障要从制度改革入手。Brief Content: This article aims at the dissymmetry of the peasant labors’ contribution and rights & interests in the urbanization development, deeply analyses the reasons through idea, system, structure, enforcement of the law and idea level , presenting the outlines of ensuring the peasant labors’ rights & interests in the new period with the guiding ideology of fulfilling the scientific development viewpoints and building the harmonious society.
