三种抗病毒药物对家兔红细胞参数的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较三种抗病毒药物利巴韦林、更昔洛韦、单磷酸阿糖腺苷对动物家兔血红细胞(RBC)值、平均红细胞体积(MCV)和红细胞分布宽度(RDW)的影响。方法:采用Sysmes-XE-2100血细胞分析仪,分别测定注射三种抗病毒药物后家兔RBC、MCV和RDW值的变化,实验中以注射生理盐水作为正常对照。结果:与正常对照比较,利巴韦林组RBC值在用药第4 d时明显下降(P<0.01),停药一周后缓慢回升,但仍低于正常值(P<0.05);MCV值在用药第16 d时明显升高(P<0.05),停药一周后缓慢回落,但仍高于正常(P<0.05);RDW值无明显差异(P>0.05)。更昔洛韦组RBC值在用药第8 d时后出现轻微下降,但与正常对照无明显差异(P>0.05);MCV和RDW值变化均不明显(P>0.05)。阿糖腺苷组RBC值和RDW变化不明显(P>0.05),MCV值明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:利巴韦林可引起大细胞均一性贫血,更昔洛韦短期用药对上述红细胞参数影响较小,阿糖腺苷不引起贫血,但可引起红细胞形态的改变。上述三种药物对红细胞参数的影响均为可逆性改变。[Objective]To compare the effects of three and-virus drugs Ribavirin,Ganciclovir and Ara-AMP on the RBC count, MCV and RDW of rabbit erythrocytes.[Method]By using Coulter STKS Blood Cell Analyzer,the values of RBC count, MCV and RDW of the rabbits injected with the three anti-virus drugs,respectively were tested,and in the experiments the animals injected with normal saline were used as the normal control.[Result]In comparison with the normal control,the RBC count values in the rabbits injected with Ribavirin were obviously decreased on the 4th day after injection(P < 0.01) and were slowly risen but still lower than the normal RBC count value(P < 0.05) after one week of drug withdraw.The MCV values in the Ribavirin -injected rabbits were obviously increased on the 16th day after injection(P < 0.05) and were slowly declined but still higher than the normal MCV value(P < 0.05) after one week of drug withdraw.However,there were no obvious changes of RDW values(P > 0.05) in the Ribavirin -injected rabbits.The RBC count values in the Ganciclovir -injected rabbits only showed a slight enhancement but no statistically significant differences of count values as well as MCV and RDW values compared with the normal control(P > 0.05).Although no obvious changes of RBC count and RDW values in the Ara-AMP -injected rabbits could be found,MCV values were remarkably increased(P< 0.05,P<0.01).[Conclusion]Ribavirin can induce macrocytic anemia,Ganciclovir shows a small effects on the erythrocyte parameters for a short drug duration.Ara-AMP can not induce anemia but can cause morphological changes of erythrocytes.All the changes of the erythrocyte parameters caused by the three drugs are reversible.
