摘　　要：作者通过卫生电视专题片的创作实践,用具体实例说明了细节表现在创作中的重要作用。细节可以揭示事物本质,展示人物的内心世界,并且起着烘托环境、渲染气氛的作用。细节的正确运用可以延伸专题片的内涵,可以引起观众的共鸣。作为优秀的专题片制作人员,要善于发现和捕捉细节,并使细节得到恰到好处的运用。Through practice in producing TV documentaries on public health, the author described the importance of application of details in TV production by individual cases. Details could reveal facts and show the internal world of characters. It also had the functions to show the environment and highlight atmosphere. Correct application of details could extend the connotation of documentaries and raise the respondance of audiences. Excellent TV documentary makers should be good at discovering and capturing details, and be good at using details properly.
