Analysis on Mental Health Problems of File Workers in Social Reforming Era

摘　　要：目的了解新时期档案管理工作者的心理健康状况及影响因素。方法自行设计问卷,采取一对一问卷调查方式,共发放问卷200份,回收率与有效率均为100%。结果对工作满意的有18.0%,不太满意的有32.5%,不满意的有49.5%。压抑感、孤独感、厌倦或内心不愉快等体验,经常表现的有27.5%,不时表现的有49.0%,说不清的有23.5%。结论社会转型期,档案工作者普遍存在心理健康问题,采取适当的方法予以干预很有必要。Objective To understand the file workers’ mental health condition and its influence factors in new era. Methods The survey was carried out in pairs by self-design questionnaire. Altogether 200 copies of questionnaire were provided. Both the return-ratio and effectiveness rate are 100%. Results 18.0% workers showed satisfaction to working condition. 32.5% workers showed little satisfaction. 49.5% workers were unsatisfied. As for such unhappy feeling experience as constrained feeling, lonely feeling, tired or unhappy feelings, 27.5% workers showed them frequently, 49.0% workers did so sometimes and 23.5% workers could not say clearly. Conclusion The file workers generally have mental health problems in social reforming era. It is necessary to adopt suitable interventions.
