摘　　要：前苏联解体后,政局的动荡和经济形势的急剧恶化给俄罗斯电影事业造成了重创。俄罗斯电影经历了衰退、困惑,而今通过不断探索与改革,又开始慢慢走出低谷,走向平稳,走向发展。尽管依然举步维艰,尽管许多问题仍需解决,但基本上已经步入正轨,并朝着健康有序的方向迈进。After former Soviet Union disintegrates,turbulent political situation and worsened economic situation has brought the Russian Movie industry the heavy losses.The Russian movie has experi- enced the period of decline and puzzle.At the present,by the way of unceasingly explores and the reform,it starts to go out of the trough and moves towards steady and development.Although still be hard toing start,although many questions still had to solve,it has already basically straightened out,and gone forward the healthy order direction.It can be said that it is precisely a development miniature of Russian federation.
