摘  要:目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征患者血清中氧自由基代谢的变化及其临床意义。方法比色法测定了57例妊高征患者血液中脂质过氧化物(LPO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)的水平和活性,以46例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照。结果妊高征中、重度患者LPO浓度、MDA含量显著高于正常孕妇和轻度妊高征患者,SOD和GSH活性显著低于正常孕妇和轻度妊高征患者(p<0.05,p<0.01),轻度妊高征患者氧自山基代谢水平与正常孕妇比较无显著差异(p>0.05)。结论妊高征氧自由基代谢紊乱,导致妊高征病理变化,自由基损伤过程对妊高征发生发展起重要作用。Objective To evaluate the metaboilic levels of oxygen free radicals in serum of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) and the clinical significance of oxygen free radicals levels.Methods The levels and activities of lipid peroxidation(LPO),malonaldehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathion peroxidase(GSH) in serunl from 57 cases of pregnancy complicated with PIH were measured by colorimetric method.46 cases of normal pregnancy served as normal control group.Results The levels of LPO and MDA in pattents with moderate and severe PIH were significantly higher than those of normal control group and mild PIH group.The activities of SOD and GSH in patents with moderate and severe PIH were signifrcatly lower than those of the normal control group and mild PIH group(p<0.05,p<0.0).There were no significant difference between parameters ofthe groups with mild PIH and normal control group(p>0.05).Conclusion There were metabolic disorders of oxygen free radicals in PIH patients.And these disorders induced the pathological change of PIH.The process of free radical injury has important effects on the occlllcgnce and development of PIH.
