摘  要:目的了解我院血培养分离病原菌的分布及耐药性。方法患者血培养标本经BacT/Alerti120血培养仪培养,分离所得菌株用法国生物梅里埃API系统进行鉴定和K-B法做药敏。结果1871份血培养标本中分离病原菌株216株,阳性率为11.9%。其中革兰阳性细菌占53.7%(116/216),对万古霉素100.0%敏感;革兰阴性杆菌占41.7%(82/216),对碳青酶烯类药物IPM敏感率较高,耐药率在10.0%以下;念珠菌占4.6%(10/216)。结论血培养分离的病原菌以革兰阳性球菌为主,病原菌的种类较多,耐药率高,临床医师应加强疑似血流感染患者血流中病原菌的检测,合理应用抗生素,提高治愈率。Objective To study the consituent ratio of the isolated bacteria of blood culture and their resistance.Methods Blood culture of patients in our hospital was performed by Bact/Alert 120 and the isolated bacteia were indentified by API indemified tests(API,Inc France).Antibiotics sensitivity test by Kinby-Bauer(K-B) as evaluated.Results of the specimens in 1871 cases.There 216 strains(11.9%) with positive culture including 116 Gran-positive bacteria stains(53.7),82 Gram-negatine bactena strains(41.7%),and 10 candida strains(4.6%).Drug sensitive rate of Gram position bacteria to vancomgcin was 100%.Gram-negative bacteris to imlpenem was sensitive,its resistant rate was under 10%.Conclusions the isotaled bacleria of blood altire was mainly Gran-position haclerias.Its categories was varity,Its resistant rate was high.inorderto guide clinically the selection of the reasonable antiliotics and promote the patients recovery Clinical physican should stressed the isolated batevia of blood culture and their resis tance.
