摘　　要：我国21世纪前20年的发展目标是实现小康社会,图书发行业的发展及其评价指标的研究必须结合这一社会发展目标进行。本文阐述了小康社会的基本属性及其对图书发行业的基本要求,在分析小康社会图书发行业指标体系的设计目标和原则的基础上,构建了小康社会图书发行业发展的评价指标体系。The paper elaborated the essential features.Based on them,the paper analyzed the objectives and principals of the indicator system establishment for evaluating the development of the book distribution industry in the well-off society,and then it put forward the content of the index system.
