摘　　要：广泛调查了实践层面国内外人文社会科学评价现状和做法,包括国家社科基金项目评价、教育部人文社科基金项目及重点研究基地评价、高校人文社会科学人才评价、机构评价、中国社会科学院的成果评价等;美国国家科学基金项目评价、高校人才评价;英国研究评价活动(RAE)及项目评价;日本人文社会科学基地、项目、人才评价,以及其他部分国家和地区如荷兰、澳大利亚、香港的情况。分析了具有典型意义的理论研究层面的活动,并对国际人文社会科学研究评价主要形式和特点进行了比较和分析,指出了这一活动的发展趋势。The study first investigates the current activities in practice on the evaluation of humanities and social science research at home and abroad.That includes evaluation on the national social science foundation projects,the humanities and social science research foundation projects and Key Research Bases of the Ministry of Education,and the talents and institutes of higher education of China,evaluation on projects of the National Science Foundation, and talents in higher education in USA,the Research Assessment Exercise(RAE)and project evaluation of UK,e- valuation on the humanities and social science research base(COE),projects and talents in Japan,and the status of other countries areas such as the Netherlands,Australia,and Hong Kong.Then it analyzes some representative theoretical research.Finally,it compares and analyzes the main forms and characteristics of the current evaluation on the humanities and social science research both home and abroad,and indicates the developing trends of this ac- tivity.
