摘　　要：2006年广东省中医院继续深入开展医院管理年活动,重点构建了医疗质量保障体系、医疗安全保障体系、服务质量持续改进体系和医疗费用有效控制体系,全面促进了医院的可持续发展。旨在总结医院2006年开展医院管理年活动采取的具体措施及取得成效。Our hospital continued to implement deeply the 'Year of Hospital Management' and constructed the safeguard system of medical safety and medical quality, the improvement system of quality of medical service, the control system of medical cost in 2006. The paper is to summarize the major measures and effects during implementing the 'Year of Hospital Management' in 2006.
