社区卫生服务中心糖尿病患者的生命质量评价

摘　　要：目的评价珠海市香洲区社区卫生服务中心的糖尿病患者的生命质量,探讨影响生命质量可能的危险因素。方法选取香洲区9个社区卫生服务中心,采用《SF-36量表》和《糖尿病患者特异性量表》,应用横断面调查的方法对196名糖尿病患者进行询问式问卷调查。结果糖尿病对患者生命质量的影响主要反映在总体健康、躯体角色功能和情绪角色功能3个维度。影响患者生命质量的综合因素主要是:年龄、运动疗法、财产或收入减少、爱生闷气、遵医嘱服药或治疗、容易紧张、胰岛素治疗。两个量表具有一定的相关性。结论在采取综合治疗糖尿病患者时,应着重加强患者的心理支持、精神疏导,给患者更多的关怀;同时应努力提高患者对疾病的认识水平及自我保健意识。Objective To investigate the quality of life(QOL)of patients with diabetes mellitus in community health service(CHS)center in Xiangzhou district of Zhuhai city,and explore the risk factors toward quality of life.Methods Nine CHS centers were chosen,totally 196 diabetic patients were surveyed by using questionnaire of 'SF-36' and 'specificity scale diabetic patients'.Results The majar effects to The quality of life in patients reflected in three dimensions the overall health,physical role function and emotional role function.The quality of life in patients affected by a combination of factors mainly including age,physical therapy,income decrease,easy depressing,compliant medication or treatment,easy tension and insulin treatment.There is certain relevance between two scales. Conclusions In a comprehensive treatment of patients with diabetes,it should focus on strengthening the psychological support,spiritual guidance and much more care to patients.At the same time,efforts should be made to improve the level of awareness about the disease and self-care awareness of patients.
