摘　　要：Using the quiver technique we construct a class of non-graded bi-Frobenius algebras. We also classify a class of graded bi-Frobenius algebras via certain equations of structure coefficients.Using the quiver technique we construct a class of non-graded bi-Frobenius algebras.
