摘　　要：济南市在2003年开始搞未成年人罪犯社区矫正的试点,在调研中发现3年来社区矫正的探索取得了较大的成绩,未成年人犯罪社区矫正的优势十分突出,同时也发现未成年人罪犯社区矫正作为一项系统、庞大的社会制度,还需要相应的法律支持,专业化的工作人员,更广泛的社会参与和更宽容的社会氛围。Ji-nan has conducted experiments of community remedy of juvenile delinquency from 2003.The research reveals that the experiment has got achievements in the past three years,and its advantages are prominent.But as a huge system, the community remedy of juvenile delinquency still needs support from relevant laws,more professional workers and more extensive social participation and more tolerate social atmosphere.
