摘　　要：工业化过程中,农村剩余人力资本向城市转移是一个必然趋势。导致这一转移的内部原因主要源自农业发展对农业人力资本所同时具有的挤出和吸纳效应;外部原因则主要是由于城乡经济、区域经济发展不平衡,以及劳动管理制度等城乡壁垒的松动。In the process of industrialization,the rural labor surplus tends to move to cities,which is caused by the effects of agriculture development on rural human resources.The external influences are the imbalance of economic development between regions and the removal of the barriers of labor management between rural and urban areas.
