内蒙古地区篮球后备人才培养现状的调查研究

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、常规数理统计、逻辑分析、现场观察、面访等方法,对内蒙古自治区青少年篮球后备人才培养的现状进行了调查研究。得出影响和制约内蒙古自治区青少年篮球后备人才培养的主要原因有:缺乏市场运作、投入严重不足、奥运战略的影响、社会培养人才价值观等社会客观因素和重视程度不够、管理急功近利、训练指导思想具有偏差、扶持政策尚未建立等内部主观因素,进而针对上述问题进行了深入分析与研究,并提出相应对策与建议。By using the method of documentary,questionnaire investigation,expert interview,conventional,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,spot observation,face-to-face interview etc.,we investigated and studied the present condition of the cultivation of the Juvenile basketball reserve talent in Inner Mongolia. There are two kinds of influencing and restricted reasons .The one is social objective factor,including the lack of market operation,the serious shortage of investment,the effect of Olympics strategy,and the values of cultivating talent etc,The other is internal subjective factor,including the insufficiency of emphatic degree,the management for instant success,the deviation from guiding ideology in training,and the support policies have not been established,etc. We analyzed and studied the problems mentioned above and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestions.
